Payment & Wallet

Do I need to type the wallet address?

No. Clicking "Open in Wallet" auto-fills the recipient address and exact payment amount. Your wallet handles everything — just confirm the transaction.

Which wallets are supported?

We support Phantom and Solflare — the two most popular Solana wallets. Both are free to download and set up. If you don't have one, we'll redirect you to download it when you click Connect Wallet.

Why only SOL payments?

SOL offers instant settlement, ultra-low fees (fractions of a cent), and complete transparency on-chain. No payment processor delays, no chargebacks, no hidden fees.

What if my transaction fails?

If your transaction fails, no SOL is deducted from your wallet. Simply try again. Make sure you have enough SOL to cover the payment plus a small network fee (usually less than $0.01).

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of blockchain payments, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues, contact us via Telegram and we'll work to resolve them.

Setup & Activation

What happens after I pay?

Click "Start Bot & Activate" — this opens Telegram and sends your unique order reference to @AccessraBot. The bot will guide you through the final setup steps.

How long does activation take?

Most activations complete within a few hours. Maximum wait time is 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation message from the bot once your system is live.

What information do I need to provide?

After payment, you'll need to submit: 1) Your transaction hash (TX hash) from your wallet, and 2) Your Telegram group invite link. That's it.

Can I use this on multiple groups?

Each purchase covers one Telegram group. If you manage multiple groups, you'll need separate licenses for each one.

What if I change my Telegram group?

Contact us via the bot and we can help migrate your license to a new group. One free migration per license period.

Renewals & Access

How do renewals work?

Access lasts 30 days from activation. Before expiry, you'll receive a reminder. Simply go to the Renew page, pay the renewal amount, and submit your new TX hash to the bot.

What happens if I don't renew?

If access expires, the bot stops functioning in your group. Your settings and history are preserved for 14 days — renew within that window and everything is restored.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. If you started with a single system and want to upgrade to the Bundle, just pay the Bundle setup fee. Contact the bot for upgrade pricing.

Is there a discount for longer terms?

Currently we offer 30-day terms only. This keeps things simple and lets you stay flexible.

About the Product

Is this a token or investment?

No. Accessra is software only. There is no token, no investment opportunity, no financial returns. You're paying for automated tools for your Telegram community.

What does Paid-Access do?

Paid-Access automates membership payments. Users pay to join your group, access expires after a set period, and they get renewal reminders. No manual tracking needed.

What does Security do?

Security protects your group from scams and spam. It filters malicious links, blocks known scammer patterns, and screens new members. Keeps your community safe.

What do Alerts do?

Alerts monitor Solana wallets and notify your group of on-chain activity. Set thresholds for large transactions, track whale movements, or monitor specific addresses.

Is my data safe?

We only store the minimum data needed to operate: your group ID, wallet address for verification, and bot settings. No message content is stored or analyzed.
